8-29 EASY minimum

Well, ran this minimum, 4 miles, in about 28:25. Those 25 seconds are roughly accounted for in waiting to cross 101, so we were right on 7 minute pace. The girls were right on our tails at the beginning, and they said we were going slow. They were smoking. That's good. My left ear was plugged the whole run and in fact still is now. It kind of makes me feel disconnected. No me gusta. The other guys were talking about Halo while we were running. I should play that some time in my life.
