Well, ran, lifted, and ran. Our warm up ran was insanely fast. We got to the Cackleberries bush in 7:30. Travis, Brad, Jacob, and Daniel kept that pace, but I could not keep up. I ran that in 15:30, still. Lifting was fine. We did shoulder flies and back squats. I went slower for the warm down. That was about 15 minutes. 4 miles total.
