Well, I ran this 4 mile AT run in a total of 28:08. My first mile was 7:03, 2nd was 7:35, third was 7:36, and the downhill fourth was 5:53. I think I ran this pretty well. I pushed, but I didn't kill myself. I tried to stay a consistent pace, and I think I did pretty well at that. I felt good for this run. I'll give it a medium difficulty.
