9-4 Behold, the morning workouts officially begin
Ran 16 minutes, lifted somewhat lightly, and warmed down about 15 minutes. The first run was pretty good. I started tiring out a little bit for the last 5 minutes, but I kept up with the other guys. Lifting was good, I went lighter in some lifts than I could, but it's good to ease into it. I missed doing squats and leg presses because we were ousted by the footballers. Not bad, somewhat tough. The warm down run was probably the toughest part. I couldn't keep up.
