Well, ran to the end camping spot at Tahkenitch (6 miles?) in 45:50. This run felt good. Medium hard, but good. I felt stronger going up the hills. I tried to keep up with the other guys without killing myself. I was able to make it almost all the way to the midpoint with the other guys, but not quite. I ran a minute slower than last year. Not bad, since this is about 3 minutes faster than about a month ago. I feel like I need to take a stronger leadership approach. The guys don't seem to be very focused when we do pups and sups. We need to focus if we have any chance of beating Brookings.
