Ran 6 1000's near date pace. I ran 3:58, 4:01, 3:59, 3:52, 3:52, and 3:55. My target time was 3:54, so I was going a little slow at the beginning. I think I paced myself pretty well, though. This workout went pretty well. It felt better than the 800 workout. 5 3:54's would give me a 19:30, which is a good time to shoot for. This workout felt good overall, medium difficulty.
